So today it was 80 degrees, then around 5:00 these huge thunder clouds moved in and some rain showers. What the heck! We had planned on taking a Jeep ride in for some ice cream. We still came in, we just decided on a vehicle with the top up. I took this picture of the rainbow, not the prettiest picture, but I still liked it.
I ran three miles tonight, and my knee is achy. So I'm thinking I should ice it for awhile before heading to bed.
