We are looking forward to having someplace to relax and enjoy the sun! The railing and stairs still need to be completed. Then fix the yard irrigation and some new landscape design and we are done!

New Deck....
Last year we (prompted by me) took the old deck off of our house. WOW...decks are expensive to replace, which I more or less found out once the deck was off. So, this summer we took the plunge and are having a new deck put on the house. Here are some progress pictures....
